About the project
RumbleOn is an online marketplace for motor vehicles for individuals and retailers. The start-up had just acquired technology for the platform and had began to brand the interface, but, sought a more modern user experience. After working with the Marketing and Art Directors in a previous project, they reached out to perform hueristic and usability evaluations which led to my role in managing the user experience process for the rebranding and design of RumbleOn.com.
My Role
In this role, I joined the project as the UX Manager working with the marketing, brand and development teams. I was responsible for implementing an Agile UX process that uses short design and development cycles to integrate valid designs into the continuous delivery pipeline. I was also responsible for producing visual artifacts, rapid prototypes, push UI code to production, as well as manage tasks with designers and developers.
I worked directly with the RumbleOn product owners, business, marketing, branding and Dev/IT teams to size stories, validate designs and prioritize features within the roadmap. Being involved with code implementation, I also participated in QA testing and debugging.
